  • INNER BRIDGES by Fritz Frederick Smith, MD; 1986; Humanics Ltd. : A classic by the founder and developer of Zero Balancing. One of the first books to integrate Eastern and Western concepts of healing. A guide to energy movement and body structure.
  • THE ALCHEMY OF TOUCH by Fritz Frederick Smith, MD; 2005; Complementary Medicine Press; A series of remarkable ZB sessions described in detail with commentary by Dr. Smith. Reveals the remarkable potential of Zero Balancing to touch people’s lives and help them heal at a deep mental, emotional and spiritual level.
